Product Description
ODF Optical Fiber Distribution Frame, also called ODF unit box, is designed with high density and large capacity. It has the characteristics of elegant appearance, reasonable distribution, easy search, easy management, easy installation and good operation. The ODF unit box has the functions of cable fixation and protection, cable termination, wiring adjustment, and cable core and pigtail protection. Apart from assembling into optical fiber distribution frame on its own, it can also fit into server cabinets/ server racks together with digital wiring unit and audio wiring unit to constitute a integrated distribution frame.   2. The fiber distribution panel is made of plastic doped with flame retardant material, making them lightweight, flexible, strong and durable.
  3. The design of large diameter coiling ring keeps the curvature radius of pigtail fibers and skip fibers above 40mm.
  1. Apart from assembling into optical fiber distribution frame on its own, it can also fit into server cabinets/ server racks together with digital wiring unit and audio wiring unit. It has the functions of cable introduction, fixation and protection, fiber optic cable terminal and pigtail fiber fusion, wiring adjustment, and skip cable core and pigtail protection.
  2. The optical fiber distribution frame adopts the draw structure, which can be pulled out during operation and put back after completion. At the rear of the frame, there are cable lead - in holes and solid state relay modules for fixing and introducing the cables.
  3. The optical fiber distribute disk is openable upper and lower layer structure. Open the upper layer, after connecting the pigtail fiber optic connector to the lower adapter, winding along the support frame through the outlet hole to the upper layer, and then close the upper layer. After fusing the pigtail end with the introduced fiber core of the cable, fixing the fusing point in the slot and stick it, that’s when the operation is done. You can insert the distribution disk into the corresponding layer.
  4. Below the distribution box is the skip fiber storage disk. Because each function module can be operated separately, it is flexible and convenient to use.
  5. Suitable for FC, SC, LC and ST adapters.

Product Functions

  1. Fixation. After the optical cable enters the frame, its outer sheath and reinforcement core should be mechanically fixed, ground wire protection components should be installed, end protection treatment should be carried out, and the optical fiber should be grouped and protected.
  2. Fusion. After fusing the introduced optical cable with the pigtail cable, the redundant fiber is coiled and stored, and the fused joint is protected.
  3. Allocation. Connectors attached to the pigtail cable are plugged into the adapter to realize optical path docking with the optical connector on the other side of the adapter. The adapter and connector are able to be flexibly plugged in and out and the optical path is freely deployed and tested.
  4. Storage. Provide storage for all kinds of cross-connected optical connectors between racks to enable them to be placed in a regular and orderly manner. There should be enough space in the optical fiber box to make the optical connection routing line clear, easy to adjust, and to meet the requirements of minimum bending radius.
